Abstract
Food is the ever dominant concern of the human race; it is one of the first things demanded after birth and throughout life, it is essential for health. As such, its safety should also be the concern of the people. Practically all fooods are derived from animals and plants form land and sea. Since food is a perishable product, it is subject to attack by microorganisms. These organisms are responsible for certain deteriorative changes and spoilage in foods and become hazards to human health.
